Cell Phone vs The Bible

I wonder what would happen if we treated our Bible like we treat our cell phones?

We would carry it around in our purses or pockets.

We would turn back to get it if we forgot it or panic and cold sweat when we have misplaced it.

We would flip through it several times a day and in the night.

We would buy the most expensive and elaborate one.

We would give it to our friends and loved ones as gifts.

We would share its messages with our friends.

We would use it instantly in case of an emergency.

We would share it with friends when they have no access to theirs.

This just goes to show how technology has taken precedence over God’s word. Interesting huh???

Oh, and one more thing. Unlike our cell phones, we don’t ever have to worry about our bible being disconnected, our calls being dropped or getting no service because Jesus already paid it all!
