Five Saints To Dinner

I would invite :

Saint Bernadette
Saint Francis of Assisi
Saint Josephine Bakhita.

I would have a big outdoor BBQ, Ginny style- can you say fiesta!!!

I would do chicken, lamb and baby back ribs.

On the side, corn on the cob, platano frito (fried plantains),



fried yuca,

coleslaw and tater salad.

And for dessert, homemade triple chocolate fudge cake with creamy chocolate fudge frosting and homemade coconut ice cream made in a manual ice-cream churn- real ice-cream.
