Blogger Bouquet To Rachel & Paula

This weeks blog bouquets go to Rachel's blog 'Just Another Day' and Paula at 'Receiving Light'.

Rachel actually has two blogs one in which she shares her thoughts about her faith and things that affect her life. I admire the courage that this young girl displays in her ongoing battle against depression. Through her own pain she is reaching out to others by sharing her own experiences and also shining a light in the darkest corners of the human mind.

On Rachel's other blog 'Mere Flesh' this young lady shares her thoughts in her poetry. It is confronting, challenging and edgy with a rawness born of the human struggle to overcome the abyss of depression. It truly IS a light in the dark. Please DO read both her blogs.

Paula also has two blogs. In one Paula shares her own faith with deep and compassionate insight into the suffering of others, while never losing focus on the Joy of Loving God. It is a blog written with deep sensitivity and compassionate Truth. This is a soul who has seen & experienced the blackness of man's inhumanity towards man. Yet one leaves her blog inspired to be a better person. That is indeed Gift.

We see Paula share these dark experiences in her other blog 'Victims of the Romanian Gulag'. It is here that Paula bear's witness to those who paid the highest price when confronting evil. It is a testimony to the strength of the human spirit to be Overcomers but never bystanders when evil knocks at our own door.
