Prayer Of A Christian

Dear Father in Heaven,
Please break my heart, oh Lord…
Cause me to fall on my face before you…
Let me cry tears of remorse before you.

Rebuke me….punish me,
For I have sinned many times
Against many people…
Yet ultimately against you…whom I love.

I will gladly accept your wrath
Your love….
Your guidance.
Your will is my desire.

Help me Lord to restore fellowship…
With those whom I have betrayed…
With those whom I have caused pain…
Restore again my fellowship with you.

Strengthen me, oh Lord
Give me your love…
That I may give to others…
That they may see you in me.

Guide me, oh Lord …
Show me your paths…
That I may follow them in peace…
With you.
